CLIMB is a program concept that addresses the wealth gap issue head-on by fostering the formation of investment clubs and training club members how to invest in the stock market. The program has three objectives for its target population (the least wealthy citizens in Milwaukee and residents of the Potawatomi Reservation):
- To educate them about how to make their money work as hard as they do.
- To build the wealth of the participating individuals.

To foster
their leadership skills through managing their clubs and club
portfolios.
CLIMB sponsors include the Annie E. Casey Foundation and the Forest County Potawatomi Community Foundation and the Investor Protection Trust.
